PawPrint works because pawrents look out for each other.
Walks, Quick Help, and Alerts are for genuine, respectful coordination. Harassment, spam, or commercial solicitation isn't allowed.
Threats, abuse or hate directed at a pawrent. Sexual or adult content, and unwanted sexual approaches. Anything involving a minor. Animal cruelty, dog fighting, or selling animals. Scams, money requests, crypto and investment pitches. Impersonating someone, or a profile photo that is neither you nor your dog. Anything illegal, and anything that puts a person or a dog at risk.
Every meetup, post, message and profile carries a report control — use it on anything that breaks these guidelines. To stop someone reaching you at all, open their profile and tap Block: they can't message you, see your walks or send you a request, and their posts and meetups leave your app. Blocking is reversible from the same profile.
We read every report. Content that breaks these guidelines is hidden or removed, and the pawrent behind it can be warned, blocked on the reporter's behalf, or removed. We reply to the pawrent who reported it. If anyone is in immediate danger, contact the police first — then tell us.
Email support@pawprint.live. Tell us what you saw, where you saw it, and the pawrent's display name.
