Delete account

You can permanently delete your PawPrint account and personal data.

What happens

Your profile, dogs, PawPilot Memory, walks, and community posts are deleted or anonymised. Records we're legally required to keep (e.g. payment/refund records) are retained as required.

Safety reports are kept

Safety reports involving you are kept for 12 months rather than deleted, with your name unlinked from any report you filed. A monthly job removes them once the 12 months are up. See Account deletion help for the detail.

This can't be undone

Deletion is permanent. If you have an active subscription, cancel or request a refund first.
